CREATING ORGANISATIONS THAT ARE COORDINATED AND ALIGNED TOWARDS A COMMON OBJECTIVE

Organisations tend to be structured into departments that, in many cases, are not integrated or coordinated, creating difficult work atmospheres, with continuous tensions existing between them. Therefore, it is necessary to apply a global vision, establish common objectives, encourage multidisciplinary teams, and promote a work dynamic based on projects and challenges.

This workshop aims to identify why this problem is common in companies and to provide tools, techniques, advice and best practices to avert it. The programme will help participants build integrated and coordinated organisations, with all their workers aligned with the company’s mission and focused on the client.
