GENERATE MAXIMUM VALUE FOR YOUR CUSTOMER BY OPTIMISING PROCESSES

Lean Thinking is a work philosophy that consists of analysing both the value proposition for your customer and the waste of your processes, and applying a series of tools (Lean Tools Kit) to reduce or minimise it.

This workshop aims to analyse this new methodology, which has been rapidly spread through service organisations and other areas of applications, such as Lean Design and Lean Startups, even coming to constitute a whole way of working: Lean Thinking.
