METHODOLOGY

The contents of the course have been structured into 2 blocks, although the core of the course will revolve around the “International Markets” block:

  • International Markets: the European Union, Eastern Europe, Russia, Latin America, Poland, Mexico, Cuba, Dominican Republic and Caribbean markets, North Africa, Arab countries, the United States and Canada, Southeast Asia, India and China.
  • Management Strategies and Tools for Internationalisation: internationalisation strategies (exportation, licenses, franchises, agencies, online operations, joint ventures, production subsidiaries…), international marketing; tax, legal and financial aspects; organisation in global projects, multicultural negotiation techniques; economic environment analysis.

The methodology is based on real and current cases of international companies, and is complemented by three “i-coffees” to connect participants with three institutions that support internationalisation processes via assistance and/or financing plans. It includes a visit to the Port of Valencia and the facilities of Faurecia, to view the implementation of the processes and strategies on site.

Attendance

In order to obtain a diploma it will be necessary to attend at least 80% of the classes.

EDEM EXECUTIVE MBA

This programme forms part of the EDEM Executive MBA, a degree that can be obtained by those who complete the different programmes comprising it within a 5-year period.

LOCATION

The course will be held at the EDEM’s facilities, located at the Marina de València (Muelle de la Aduana s/n).

TUITION

The price of the course is €3,600, which must be paid one week before it begins, at the latest.
The lunches/talks and everything else related to the course is included.
