WHAT IS “THE ABCs OF PEOPLE MANAGEMENT” ABOUT?

We continue to face an environment characterised by profound changes, in which companies must adopt a new way of managing people, and with more limited resources, which makes it necessary to boost the motivation, commitment and leadership of organisations’ personnel.

Students in The ABCs of People Management course will learn about the keys to apply, in a practical and effective way, effective staff management policies, from speakers with extensive and recognised experience in Leadership and Human Resources Management.

This programme is aimed at all those called upon to manage people. Its aim is to address, from a very practical perspective, management and personnel development processes as a pivotal factor to render companies sustainable and highly competitive.

But leading teams is no easy task. In addition to technical know-how, it requires the development of certain skills, to manage people. This is why in this course workshops and seminars on executive skills related to people management are of particular importance.

OBJECTIVES

The programme pursues two objectives:

  • To provide participants with a comprehensive and up-to-date grasp of the best practices for the management of human resources, oriented to the development and retention of talent.
  • To provide participants with the managerial skills and skills necessary to lead teams within an organisation.

The course will allow participants to extract ideas, tools and models to improve the management and development of people in their organisations.

WHO IS IT FOR?

The ABCs of People Management is aimed at:

  • Executives who want to improve their managerial skills, to lead, guide and motivate those under them.
  • Businesspeople, partners and executives who wish to have an integrated and practical grasp of how to approach staff management at their companies.
  • Professionals and consultants seeking knowledge in order to help generate added value for their clients.
